سياسات إلغاء التسجيل واسترجاع الرسوم:

حسب وقت الإلغاء تطبق كالتالي:

الإلغاء قبل ٣٠ يوم من بداية الدورة يسترجع كامل المبلغ.
الإلغاء خلال ٢٠ - ٢٩ يوم من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٣٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي.
الإلغاء خلال ١١ - ١٩ يوم من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٥٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي.
الإلغاء خلال ٦ - ١٠ أيام من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٨٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي.
الرسوم غير مستردة إذا كان الإلغاء خلال ٥ أيام من بداية الدورة او التغيب الجزئي او الكامل.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

According to the time of cancellation:

Cancellation 30 days before the course: full refund.
Cancellation within 20 - 29 days before the course: 30% deduction from the basic course fees.
Cancellation within 11 - 19 days before the course: 50% deduction from the basic course fees.
Cancellation within 6 - 10 days before the course: 80% deduction from the basic course fees.
Cancellation within 5 days before the course or if partial/complete absence: No refund.

🔺الحضور:

⁃ لا تمنح شهادة الحضور في حال التغييب الكامل أو الجزئي (الحضور إلزامي لكامل البرنامج)

⁃ لا تضاف الساعات العلمية (اذا كان البرنامج معتمد بساعات علمية) في حال التغييب الكامل أو الجزئي (الحضور إلزامي لكامل البرنامج)

🔺للقادمين من مدينة اخرى:

⁃ نأمل حجز الطيران و السكن قبل الدورة بأسبوعين بعد التأكد من عدم الغاء الدورة.

⁃ في حال الغاء الدورة لأي سبب لا نتحمل اي تكاليف طيران او سكن او مواصلات.

⁃ لا يسمح بالتأخر او الاستئذان المبكر عند اختيارك وقت طيران يتعارض مع الدورة لذلك نرجو اختيار وقت مناسب لحجز رحلات الطيران.

🔺المحتوى المقروء والمسموع والمرئي:

⁃ المادة العلمية تعطى مطبوعة أو إلكترونية حسب طلب المحاضر او نظام المعهد الدولي.

⁃ يسمح بتصوير الجزء العملي فقط من الدورة ويمنع تصوير كامل الدورة أو تسجيلها صوتياً تجنباً للمسائلة القانونية والغرامات.

⁃ يمنع نشر المادة العلمية أو الفيديوهات لغير حضور الدورة تجنباً للمسائلة القانونية والغرامات.

- Attendance certificate shall not be granted in the event of complete or partial absenteeism (attendance is mandatory for the entire program)

- CPD hours are not added (if the program is approved by CPD hours) in case of complete or partial absenteeism (attendance is mandatory for the entire program)

🔺 For arrivals from another city:

- We hope to book flights and accommodation two weeks before the course after confirming that the course is not cancelled.

- If the course is cancelled, we do not incur any airline, accommodation or transportation costs.

- Delay or early permission is not allowed when choosing a flight time that is inconsistent with the course, so please choose a suitable time to book flights.

🔺 Readable, audible and visual content:

- The scientific material shall be given in print or electronic at the request of the minutes or the International Institute's system.

- Permits the filming of only the practical part of the course and prevents the filming or recording of the entire course in order to avoid legal liability and fines.

- It is forbidden to publish scientific material or videos without attending the course in order to avoid legal liability and fines..
