الشروط والأحكام:

1. التسجيل والإلغاء واسترجاع الرسوم:

يحق للعميل طلب الإلغاء واسترجاع الرسوم حسب وقت تقديم طلب الاسترجاع من الموقع:

قبل 30 يومًا أو أكثر من بدء الدورة: استرجاع كامل الرسوم

خلال 20–29 يومًا قبل الدورة: استرجاع 70٪ من الرسوم

خلال 11–19 يومًا قبل الدورة: استرجاع 50٪ من الرسوم

خلال 6–10 أيام قبل الدورة: استرجاع 20٪ من الرسوم

خلال 5 أيام أو أقل قبل الدورة: لا يمكن استرجاع الرسوم 

في حال الغياب: لا يمكن استرجاع الرسوم  

في حال الرسوب في الامتحان: لا يمكن استرجاع الرسوم  

ملاحظة:

لا يتم استرجاع الرسوم إذا تم الدفع عن طريق التقسيط البنكي (وفقًا لسياسة البنك).

إذا تم إلغاء الدورة من قبل المنظم وكان الدفع قد تم عبر التقسيط البنكي، يمكن للعميل: الاحتفاظ بالمبلغ المدفوع كرصيد لحضور دورات مستقبلية، أونقل الرصيد إلى شخص آخر.

سيتم معالجة الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام طلب الإلغاء/الاسترجاع عبر الموقع الإلكتروني.

تغيير المدينة لنفس الدورة مسموح فقط إذا تم ذكر المدينة الأخرى في نفس الملصق المعلن. لا يسمح بتحويل المقعد لشخص آخر أو التأجيل خلاف ذلك.

2. الحضور والشهادات والساعات العلمية:

• لا تُمنح شهادات الحضور في حال:
• الغياب الكلي أو الجزئي.
• التأخير أكثر من 30 دقيقة.
• مغادرة الدورة قبل انتهائها.

تُمنح الشهادات المعتمدة من المعاهد الدولية فقط بعد الحضور الكامل واجتياز الاختبارات النظرية والعملية بنجاح.

تُضاف الساعات العلمية (CPD) فقط إذا تم استيفاء جميع الشروط التالية:

• الملصق الإعلاني للدورة يحتوي على اعتماد الساعات العلمية.
• حصول العميل على تصنيف من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية قبل دخول الدورة.
• كتابة رقم التصنيف من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) بشكل صحيح أثناء التسجيل.
• الحضور الكامل للدورة/المحاضرة.
• عدم وجود تعارض لرفع الساعات في نفس التاريخ للعميل لحضوره برنامج اخر في نفس تاريخ اعتماد الدورة/البرنامج. 

3. الملكية الفكرية والمحتوى التعليمي:

جميع المحتويات المكتوبة، المطبوعة، الصوتية، والمرئية محمية بحقوق الملكية من قبل مؤسستنا والمحاضرين والمعاهد الدولية.

يُمنع تمامًا تسجيل أو تصوير أو مشاركة المادة العلمية لتقديم دورات او لأغراض شخصية أو على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو لأطراف ثالثة.

بعض المحاضرين يسمحون بتسجيل الجزء العملي فقط أثناء البرامج الحضورية ولا يسمح بتصوير كامل الدورات الحضورية/عن بعد أو تسجيلها صوتياً

يتم توفير المادة التعليمية كنسخة مطبوعة، أو إلكترونية، أو كتاب حسب طلب المحاضر أو نظام المعهد الدولي.

لا يتم توفير الوصول إلى الفيديوهات إذا لم يحضر المشارك لأي سبب سواء دورات حضورية او عن بعد. 

4. المشاركون القادمين من مدن أخرى لحضور الدورات الحضورية:

يجب حجز الطيران والإقامة فقط بعد التأكد من عدم إلغاء الدورة قبل أسبوعين من انعقادها. 

يتحمل المشاركون مسؤولية ترتيبات السفر؛ المنظم غير مسؤول عن أي تكاليف سفر أو إقامة أو نقل في حال إلغاء الدورة.

لا تمنح الشهادة ولا تضاف الساعات في حال التأخر أو الاستئذان المبكر عند اختيارك وقت طيران يتعارض مع الدورة لذلك نرجو اختيار وقت مناسب لحجز رحلات الطيران.

5. زي الحضور:

الثوب غير مسموح به في الدورات العملية.

يجب ارتداء ملابس مناسبة للتطبيق العملي: قطنية او ستريتش.

يُرجى إحضار شورتات للاستخدام في جلسات التطبيق العملي.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration, Cancellation, and Refund:

Clients may request cancellation and refund according to the timing:

• 30 days or more before the course: Full refund
• 20–29 days before: 70% refund
• 11–19 days before: 50% refund
• 6–10 days before: 20% refund
• 5 days or less: No refund
• Absent: No refund
• Did not pass exam: No refund

Note:

• No refund if paid via bank installment (as per the bank’s policy).
• If the course is canceled by the organizer and payment was made through bank installment, clients may:
• Keep the paid amount as credit for future courses, or
• Transfer the credit to another person.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a cancellation/refund request via Website.
• Changing the city for the same course is allowed only if listed in the announced poster. Seat transfer to another person or postponement is not allowed otherwise.

2. Attendance, Certificates, and CPD Hours:

• Attendance Certificates will not be awarded if:
• Absent partially or entirely
• Late more than 30 minutes
• Leaving the course early
• Accredited certificates from international institutes are granted only after full-time attendance and successfully passing both theoretical and practical exams.
• CPD hours will only be added if all of the following conditions are met:
• The course poster shows CPD accreditation.
• The participant has received a classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) before attending the course.
• The SCFHS number is entered correctly during registration.
• Full attendance of the course/lecture.
• No conflict with another CPD submission on the same date for attending a different program with the same course/program accreditation.

3. Intellectual Property and Educational Material:

• All printed, audio, and visual content is copyright-protected by the organizing institution and international institutes.
• Recording, filming, sharing, or using the content for personal courses, social media, or third-party purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Some instructors may allow recording of the practical part only during onsite programs but not to record the whole program. 
• Educational material is provided as a printed copy, electronic copy, or book depending on the instructor’s request or institute’s system.
• No video access will be provided if the participant did not attend for any reason.

4. Participants Traveling from Other Cities:

• Participants must book flights and accommodation only after confirming the course will not be canceled.
• Participants are responsible for travel arrangements; the organizer is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or transportation costs if the course is canceled.
• Late arrival or early departure due to flight schedules is the participant’s responsibility; certificates and CPD hours may be forfeited in case of partial attendance.

5. Dress Code: 

• Thoob is not allowed for any practical courses.
• Participants should wear stretchy leggings or cotton clothing.
• Please bring shorts for practical sessions.
