🔺الاسعار والخصومات:

جميع تفاصيل الأسعار والخصومات موصوفة بدقة لكل برنامج بالتفصيل ونقترح عليك تسهيلات السداد التالية:

الاستفادة من خيارات الخصم التالية:

  • خصم السداد المبكر
  • خصم تسجيل المجموعات
  • خصم التسجيل في عدة دورات

الاستفادة من خيارات التقسيط التالية:

  • تقسيط تابي (من ٢ - ٤ أشهر)
  • تقسيط البنوك (من ٢ - ٢٤ شهر)

🔺الحضور والشهادات والساعات:

يسرنا حضورك معنا وحصولك على شهاداتنا الحضورية او المعتمدة من المعاهد الدولية ولكن من المهم معرفة مايلي:

  • شهادة الحضور: الحضور إلزامي لكامل البرنامج ولا تمنح في حال التغييب الكامل أو الجزئي
  • الشهادات المعتمدة من المعاهد الدولية: تمنح بعد الحضور الكامل للبرنامج وتجاوز الامتحانات النظرية والعملية
  • الساعات العلمية: إذا كان البرنامج معتمد بساعات علمية فالحضور إلزامي لكامل البرنامج لا تضاف في حال التغييب الكامل أو الجزئي

🔺إلغاء التسجيل واسترجاع الرسوم:

يحق للعميل طلب الإلغاء والاسترجاع حسب وقت الإلغاء كما يلي:

  • الإلغاء قبل ٣٠ يوم من بداية الدورة يسترجع كامل المبلغ
  • الإلغاء خلال ٢٠ - ٢٩ يوم من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٣٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي
  • الإلغاء خلال ١١ - ١٩ يوم من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٥٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي
  • الإلغاء خلال ٦ - ١٠ أيام من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٨٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي
  • الرسوم غير مستردة إذا كان الإلغاء خلال ٥ أيام من بداية الدورة أو التغيب الجزئي أو الكامل
  • الرسوم غير مستردة اذا كان الشراء بالتقسيط عبر التقسيط البنكي (حسب اشتراطات البنك)

🔺المحتوى المقروء والمسموع والمرئي:

  • المادة العلمية تعطى نسخة مطبوعة أو إلكترونية أو كتاب حسب طلب المحاضر أو نظام المعهد الدولي كما هو موضح لكل برنامج (ويقترح متابعتها عبر الايباد أثناء الدورة إذا كانت نسخة إلكترونية)
  • يسمح بعض المحاضرين بتصوير الجزء العملي فقط من البرامج الحضورية

🔺ان المحتوى المقروء والمسموع والمرئي المقدم خلال دورتنا محمي بحقوق ملكية للمؤسسة والمعاهد الدولية التي ننظم دوراتها وتجنبًا للمسائلة القانونية والغرامات نأمل تجنب مايلي:

  • تصوير كامل الدورات الحضورية أو تسجيلها صوتياً
  • التصوير او التسجيل الصوتي أو لأي جزء من المحاضرات الاونلاين
  • نشر المادة العلمية أو الفيديوهات لغير حضور الدورة أو في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
  • استخدام أي جزء من المحتوى لإقامة دورات تدريبية او محاضرات

🔺للقادمين من مدينة أخرى لحضور الدورات الحضورية:

لضمان الاستفادة الكاملة من برامجنا و لحصولك على شهادات الحضورية أو الشهادات الدولية نرجو الالتزام بما يلي:

  • حجز الطيران والسكن قبل الدورة بأسبوعين بعد التأكد من عدم الغاء الدورة
  • لا يسمح بالتأخر أو الاستئذان المبكر عند اختيارك وقت طيران يتعارض مع الدورة لذلك نرجو اختيار وقت مناسب لحجز رحلات الطيران
  • في حال إلغاء الدورة لأي سبب لا نتحمل أي تكاليف طيران أو سكن أو مواصلات

🔺Prices and Discounts:

All pricing and discount details are clearly described for each program, and we suggest the following payment facilitations:

Take advantage of the following discount options:

  • Early payment discount
  • Group registration discount
  • Multi-course registration discount

Take advantage of the following installment options:

  • Tabby installment plan (2 to 4 months)
  • Bank installment plans (2 to 24 months)

🔺Attendance, Certificates, and CPD Hours:

We are pleased to have you attend and receive our attendance certificates or those accredited by international institutes. However, please note the following:

  • Attendance Certificate: Full time attendance is mandatory for the entire program. The certificate will not be granted in case of full or partial absence.
  • Accredited Certificates from International Institutes: These are granted only after full time attendance and successfully passing both theoretical and practical exams.
  • CPD Hours: If the program is accredited with CPD hours, full time attendance is mandatory. CPD hours will not be awarded in case of full or partial absence.

🔺Registration Cancellation and Refund:

Clients are entitled to request cancellation and refund based on the timing of the request as follows:

  • 30+ days before the course: Full refund
  • 20–29 days before the course: Refund with a 30% deduction of the course fee
  • 11–19 days before the course: Refund with a 50% deduction of the course fee
  • 6–10 days before the course: Refund with an 80% deduction of the course fee
  • 5 days or less before the course: No refund in case of cancellation or full/partial absence
  • No refund if the purchase is made through bank installment plans (as per the bank's terms and conditions)

🔺Printed, Audio, and Visual Content:

  • Educational material is provided either as a printed copy, electronic copy, or book, depending on the instructor's request or the international institute's system as detailed for each program (It is recommended to follow along using an iPad during the course if the educational material is electronic).
  • Some instructors allow recording of the practical part only during onsite programs.

🔺The printed, audio, and visual content provided during our course is protected by copyright of the organizing institution and the international institutes whose programs we conduct. To avoid legal liability and penalties, we kindly request that you refrain from the following:

  • Recording or filming full in-person sessions
  • Audio or video recording any part of the online sessions
  • Sharing educational material or videos with individuals not attending the course or on social media
  • Using any part of the content to conduct your own training courses or lectures

🔺For Participants Traveling from Other Cities to Attend Onsite Courses:

To ensure you benefit fully from our programs and receive in-person or international certifications, please adhere to the following:

  • Book your flights and accommodation two weeks before the course only after confirming the course will not be canceled
  • Do not arrive late or leave early due to flight schedules. Please book flights that do not conflict with course times
  • In case the course is canceled for any reason, we are not responsible for flight, accommodation, or transportation costs
